Hannah Dominique E. John Kamen was born in England. She played Dutch in the Syfy show Killjoys as well as Ornela in HBO's Game of Thrones. Her additional roles include F'Nale on Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One and Ghost in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hannah was born in Beverley in Yorkshire, England. She is the third daughter of a Nigerian father, who was a forensic psychologist, and Norwegian mother, a fashion model. Her primary school was in Kirk Ella. After completing her secondary education, she attended Hull Collegiate School. The Central School of Speech and Drama was her graduation year in 2012. John-Kamen's career in the field began in 2011 when she voiced Dark Souls for video games. Later, she would be featured in episodes of the television series Misfits (2012), Black Mirror (2012), Whitechapel (2013), The Syndicate (2013), The Midnight Beast (2014) as well as The Hour (2015). John-Kamen landed Viva's lead role in Viva Forever (2012), which was a West End show based off the Spice Girls songs. The script was written by Jennifer Saunders and produced by Judy Craymer, Viva Forever premiered on 11 December 2012 in the Piccadilly Theatre to largely negative critiques. The Daily Mirror, however was awed by John-Kamen's performance notingthat "It's unfortunate that such a skilled cast, especially Hannah John-Kamen's Viva and the remaining characters of Eternity is deflated by a predictable story and a stale dialog." The show ended the 29th of June, 2013. John-Kamen was chosen to be a character on SyFy's Killjoys. John-Kamen starred as a Guest Star on HBO Game of Thrones. She appeared in "Playtest", a Black Mirror anthology episode, in 2016. Also, she appeared in the second season of the UK TV show The Tunnel and portrayed Ghost in the film Ant-Man and the Wasp.
